PhotoMix Scrapbook Software---this popular program has been online for quite some time. Early on they used some of my graphics from www.ScrapbookScrapbook.com  in some add-on packages of images that they offered. Now they have many free templates plus a category of digital sets for sale to use with PhotoMix. The program is easy to use and the people that I dealt with were always very honest and professional. It was amazing to me, they were overseas, but by using email, it was as if they lived on my street. You can download the program right from the website.  www.photomix.com 

Hallmark Scrapbook Studio ---makes it easy and fun to preserve your family's memory-making moments with an extensive collection of scrapbook templates, graphics, fonts, embellishments, and more. Includes 1,200+ Hallmark scrapbook templates, more than 7,000 premium clip art images, hundreds of beautiful embellishments, exclusive Hallmark fonts and an integrated digital photo editor. It's easy to make scrapbook pages that look professional and it's fun too. You don't have to have any graphics skills. The graphics are cute and attractive; they are definitely Hallmark quality. The fonts alone are probably worth the price of the software. But, the software is completely self-contained. That means no importing of your own backgrounds/alphas/clipart, etc. You must do all your pages with their supplied artwork. This also means no exporting. You cannot take one of Hallmark's backgrounds and export it then use it in another layout program. Scrapbook Studio  does not allow you to export/save them to any format except its own proprietary file type. This means that you are forced to print from the computer they are created on. You cannot save as a .jpg to email to anyone or upload to a layout website. Many of the templates ar in 8 1/2 x 11 format. It is heavy on templates and pages for babies or small children, so if you aren't scrapping for kids, this might not be the best scrapbooking program for you.  www.hallmarksoftware.com
