These cheerful, colorful coordinating swirl designs were done with felt tip markers and the prints you get will reflect the hand drawn quality of these designs. These swirly doodles could be printed out and uses for tracing so your artwork would be done by your own hand, or just print them on your inkjet printer for an instant hand-drawn swirlie doodle look.

We know that it has become very popular to use hand drawn doodles on scrapbook pages and greeting cards. You can print these pages in the jewel tones we offer, or set the printer to 'draft' or 'economy' for a soft pastel look. Additionally, you could use the black and white versions to put under your own paper and trace. Just use them as a guideline and use your own imagination to create your own custom scribbles. The color coordinated stripe papers can be used on their own or use them to mat your photos so they really stand out on the page. We did the originals of these freehand doodles with felt tip markers, but you could trace them using any sort of pen, colored pencil or small paintbrush.
We suggest that you print out the reference sheets and put them in a three ring binder so you will know what designs are included in what set later on. That way you can also match up the colors with your solid color cardstocks and colored papers. Everyone's printer does a slightly different job on the colors, but your reference sheets will always match your printer's colors. Of course, I have noticed that different brands of ink, especially the generic brands, tend to differ from batch to batch. Not a problem, just an observation.
